About us

Community-Led Environmental Restoration in Southwest Nigeria

We are a community-centred, environmentally focused organisation dedicated to reversing land degradation, promoting climate-smart agriculture, and revitalising ecosystems across Southwest Nigeria. By combining environmental restoration with rural empowerment, WGEI places communities at the heart of sustainable development.


Rooted in grassroots engagement with over 250 small holder farmers in collaboration with Labshack Farms, WGEI was established to scale climate-smart solu ons, revive degraded land, strengthen rural livelihoods, and foster long-term ecological balance.
